About Wick and Melt
Our Story
What started as a fun past-time to get my daughter off her technology and embracing her artistic side for some quality mother/daughter time soon became much more than that. The discovery of new scents and trying out different glitter and colour combinations to match the fragrances, soon ignited the spark (no pun intended) that became Wick& Melt. It has been so much fun making and testing our melts and candles. We thoroughly love the process from start to finish.
At Wick and Melt, we're passionate about creating high-quality, hand-poured candles and melts that are both beautiful and long-lasting. We started our business in 2023 with the goal of providing customers with unique, affordable candles that would enhance any space.
Creating new melts and candles has been a huge learning curve but one we have relished! We're always excited to see what new fragrances are out there and pairing eye-catching designs with amazing scents!
Our Ingredients
We use only the finest ingredients in our candles, including premium soy wax, natural fragrances, and cotton wicks. Our candles are free of parabens, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals, making them safe for you and the environment.
We believe that using high-quality ingredients is the key to creating candles that look and smell amazing, and that burn cleanly and evenly. It's taken us a white to try all the different waxes from numerous suppliers but we finally found our favourites! They all have different qualities, and it was a bit of an experiment. Our chosen waxes hold colour well, are great to work with and have a fabulous scent throw.

Our waxes are vegan friendly, too!
Dyes, Mica powders and Glitters are all eco-friendly and certified safe to use in candle making/melt making, and from reputable sellers.
Our Process
Every candle we make is hand-poured with care in small batches in our studio.
Because of this, you may sometimes notice slight variations in the colour and style or of your candle or melts.
Don't worry- the quality and high scent throw remains.
Our designs vary from simple and sweet to bold and bright!
